Co-located ICOS-ACTRIS site in southern Sweden. Ground-based aerosol in-situ ACTRIS National facility site with wet meadow pasture/grassland with grazing cows in a 50 m radius from the site. Surrounded by Norwegian planted spruce to the south, and mixed coniferous/decideous forest in the other directions.
Combined ICOS atmosphere and ecosystem 150 m mast station 600 m to the south of the ACTRIS in-situ site in the Norwegian spruce forest, planted during 1986.
Aerosol and volatile organic carbon 30 m flux tower beside the 150 m ICOS mast.
Main studies of climate effects of aerosol particles, long-range transport of aerosols affecting human health, source apportionment of background aerosol. Also an EMEP station and part of Swedish air quality monitorinig. The forest aerosol site with the 30 m tower Is used for forest flux studies, and cross-disciplinary research in forestry together with the ICOS measurements.
